Creating Parchment Transcript Account for Past HCC Students

This article explains how past HCC students can request their transcript using the Parchment system.

Step 1

Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.howardcc.edu/admissions-aid/apply-for-admission/records-registration-and-veterans-affairs-rrva/records-and-registration-services/.

Step 2

Select the "Request Your HCC Transcript" drop down menu.

Step 3

Select the "create an account" link.

Step 4

Enter an email address you have access to and select "Continue".

Step 5

Fill out the information and once finished, select the "Create Account and Continue" button. This will create your account and allow you to order your official transcript.

  • Note: If you run into problems creating your account or ordering your transcript, email HCCtranscript@howardcc.edu.
