Microsoft Publisher Replacement (Adobe Express)

Microsoft Publisher will stop receiving support in October 2026, here’s instructions for converting files from Publisher to PDFs which can be edited in Adobe Express. 

Step 1.

Open the .pub file in Microsoft Publisher. Once the file is open select File > Save As > “save as type” PDF

Step 2.

Open the Adobe Creative Cloud application on your computer and look for Adobe Express option. You can also open Adobe Express by going to www.adobe.com › express › login

Step 3.

In Adobe express press “upload” and upload the PDF file saved from Publisher.
