Reset HCC Login ID Password by Answering Your Secret Questions

This article explains how to reset your HCC login ID password by answering your secret questions.

Step 1

Go to login.howardcc.edu and enter your HCC login ID. Click "SUBMIT".

Step 2

Enter the answers to your secret questions and click "SUBMIT".

Step 3

You may receive a pop up saying your MobilePhone is empty. Click "CLOSE".

Step 4

Reset your password by entering it into the two text boxes. Ensure it meets the minimum security requirements. Click "SUBMIT" to finish resetting your password.
