Change Secret Questions in Password Services

This article explains how to change your secret questions on your password services account.

Step 1

Go to login.howardcc.edu/login. Enter your HCC email address and click "Next". Then, enter your password that you set in password services and click "Sign in".

Step 2

Once signed in, select "MY PROFILE" and then "SET UP SECRET QUESTIONS". From here you can click the "RESET ANSWERS" button to clear your secret questions and change them. Once finished, select "SAVE".
