General Loaner Laptop Information

Loaner Laptop Pickup & Drop Off Location

Current HCC students can schedule to pickup or return a loaner laptop from Duncan Hall (DH) 110. The highlighted area in the map below shows DH110's location. Please check the lab hours by clicking here.

What to Bring

Please make sure to bring your HCC ID and/or your registration information with your schedule. The registration information must be current. Before you arrive, please submit the following laptop waiver by clicking here. (Must have an HCC login ID.)

The waiver link does not work for me.

If the wavier link does not work, please try loading the waiver form using your browser in private/incognito mode. If you still run into problems, please contact the Technology Service Center at 443-518-4444 or submit a ticket.

When do I return the laptop?

You can return the laptop to Duncan Hall 110 at the end of the semester. Before returning the laptop, please make sure you backup your files to a flash drive or OneDrive. We wipe data on all laptops that are returned to us. Please make sure to bring all associate cables along with the device.
