Open
https://howardcc.login.duosecurity.com/devices
in a web browser.

Duo will ask you to authenticate the login request. Depending on which authentication option you used, it will send either a push notification, or a text message/phone call. The screenshots below show an example of each.
Step 3
You'll then be taken to the Duo device page. Here you can add another device using the "Add a device" option. We recommend adding a second device so that way if you don't have access to your primary device (like your cellphone) you will still be able to use the second device to login.
Step 4
After clicking the "Add a device" option, a menu with different authentication options will appear. You can choose to either use the Duo Mobile push notification feature, or you can use the phone number option.
Do not use the security key option.
The Duo Mobile push notification requires you to have the Duo application installed on your phone. We recommend this option as it is quicker and easier to use.
The Phone Number option allows you to receive either a text message or a phone call to your phone.
