Step 1
Select the Duo Mobile option.
Note: If you are not already at this screen,
click here for instructions on how to get to it.
Step 2
Enter your phone number and select "Add phone number".
Step 3
Check the number you entered and if it is correct, select "Yes, it's correct".
Step 4
On your mobile device, download the Duo Mobile app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play store. Once the app is downloaded on your mobile device click "Next".
Step 5
Select the "Get an activation link instead" option. Depending on the device you are using, you may receive a screen with a QR code or a screen that says continue. Examples of each screen are below.
Step 6
Enter the email address you want the activation link sent to. This can be either your HCC email address or your personal email address. Click "Send Email".
Step 7
You'll receive an email from Duo Security with the activation link. Click on the link and that will finish the setup process. Below is a picture of what the email will look like.
