Step 1.
When logging into your office computer, the Duo Security window will appear.
Step 2.
Select the "Cancel" button.
Step 3.
If you have multiple devices enrolled in Duo, you can choose which device you want to use for authentication. Select the drop down box next to "Device:" and select the device you want to use. If you only have one device enrolled in Duo, ignore this step.
Step 4.
You'll be given 3 different options for authenticating with Duo. Duo Push, Phone Call, and Passcode. Select the option you want to use.
Duo Push Option (Use only if you have the Duo Mobile App installed).
If you have the Duo Mobile App installed on your mobile device, you can send a Duo Push to it by selecting "Send Push". Make sure to open the Duo Mobile App on your mobile device so you can approve the login request.
Duo Phone Call Option.
If you want Duo to call you, select the "Call Me" button. An automated message will play asking you to select any button on your mobile device to authenticate.
Duo Passcode Option.
If you want to receive a text message with a passcode, select "Enter a Passcode".
You'll receive a text message with a code that you'll need to enter. Once entered you can select "Log In".
