Step 1.

Open your Canvas course with the Verity assignment.

Step 2.

Click on the Verity Proctoring link in the course navigation

Step 3.

Click on "My Account" icon inside the Verity Proctoring page

Step 4.

Click on Support

Step 5.

Select Chat, Email or Product docs depending on the type of support you'd want.

Chat tends to have response time within 5 minutes, if remote viewing of the issue is needed they may request you join a Zoom session.
