Requesting HCC Enrollment Verification Instructions

Overview
Students can now request their HCC enrollment verification using Myhub.
Current HCC students will need to authenticate and verify their account the first time they login.

Current Student Authentication Instructions
Step 1
Log into your myHCC account and click on the "Request Enrollment Verification" option on the home screen under "My Info". You can also request your Enrollment Verification by
clicking here.
Step 2
Select" SEND ME THE CODE".
Step 3
You will be sent a 6-digit code to your HCC email. Put in your 6-digit verification code and click "VERIFY".
Step 4
Once you have been verified, your Myhub home screen will appear. Click on "Download Certificates" for your enrollment certificate.

Former Student Myhub Account Creation Instructions
Step 1
Open a web browser and navigate to www.myhub.org. Click the "LOGIN" button in the upper right hand corner.
Step 2
Enter "Howard Community College" in the search bar and click "Next" or login using your Google or LinkedIn account.
Step 3
The first time you sign into Myhub you'll need to read the terms. Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the check box acknowledging you've read and agree to the terms and then click the "NEXT" button.
Step 4
The first time you sign into Myhub, you will need to setup Multifactor Authentication (MFA). You will be prompted to establish MFA using a mobile phone number, email address, or Google Authenticator to receive a security code whenever you access Myhub.
Step 5
You will now need to verify your identity. You will need to answer the questions correctly to move forward. When ready, click "NEXT".
Step 6
Once you have been verified, your Myhub home screen will appear. Click on "Download Certificates" for your enrollment certificate.
