Introduction
This guide explains how to use Printer Logic to install printers on your HCC workstation.
Step 1
Select the up arrow icon to show the hidden icons. Then
right
click the printer icon.
Step 2
Click "Refresh Configurations", and then click "Add Printer".
Step 3
A window will open with the locations of printers you have permission to print to.
Step 4
Select the building your printer is located in. In this example, the Clark Library building is being selected.
Step 5
Select the floor the printer is located on. In this example, the 1st floor is being selected.
Step 6
A list of available printers will appear. Select the printer you want to add by clicking on it.
Step 7
Click "Yes" to install the printer. If you want the printer you are installing set as your default, click the check box.
