If you have recently changed your HCC password and are now unable to access the HCC wireless on your cellphone, you may need to forget the network and reconnect. The instructions below explain how to forget a network on an Android device.
Step 1.
Tap the "Settings" button on your phone.
Step 2.
Tap the "Network & Internet" option.
Step 3.
Tap the "Internet" option.
Step 4.
Tap on the network you'd like to forget. In this example, we are forgetting HCCSTUDENT.
Step 5.
Tap "Forget". This will forget the network.
