Technology Resources for Credit Students

Microsoft Office 365

HCC Credit Students have access to the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications. These applications include:

  • Word

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

  • Outlook

  • OneDrive

Students can install these applications on their personal computers by going to M365 Copilot and logging in with their HCC Email Address and password. 

Google Applications

HCC Accounts are connected to several Google Applications. Students can log into Google using their HCC Email Address and password. This will allow access to Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, along with several other Google services. GMail is not included with your HCC account access. All student email is accessed through Microsoft Outlook.

Zoom for Students

Students can log into Zoom using the SSO sign-in option. When prompted for credentials, please use your HCC Email Address and password.

Library Databases and Libby

The HCC Library has several online resources that can be found on their webpage

The Library Database Catalog provides access to research materials and scholarly articles. They also provide all students with a subscription to the New York Times at no extra cost, just search for NYT in the database list. 

Student also have access to online books, audiobooks, movies, and more through the college's Libby page

Laptop and Calculator Loans

Laptops are available for credit students on a first come/first serve basis in the Duncan Hall 110 computer lab. Students can checkout a laptop using their current student ID card. Laptops are available to keep for the duration of the semester and are due back after finals for the class have been completed. 

TI-83 calculators are available for students from the front desk at of the Clark Library.
