Add MacOS Touch ID to Duo
Step 1.
Before setting up Apple Touch ID authentication, please make sure you are logged into your Apple computer with an iCloud account. To login with an iCloud account, please open System Preferences and select the iCloud menu.

Log into your Duo Device Management Page by clicking here.
If you are unable to authenticate, please call the Technology Service Center at 443-518-4444 or schedule a virtual appointment to request a bypass code. The Technology Service Center is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

Step 3.
On the device management page, click the option to Add a Device.
Step 4.
On the Select an Option screen, select Touch ID.
Step 5.
When prompted, click continue and follow the onscreen instructions to setup your Touch ID log in.
Step 6.
After your Touch ID login is added to Duo you will see a confirmation message. You can now use the Touch ID on your computer to authenticate with Duo.
