Add Windows Hello to Duo
Add Windows Hello to Duo
Step 1.
Before setting up Duo with your Windows device, please enable Windows Hello using the instructions below.
Configure Windows Hello
Step 2.
Log into your Duo Device Management Page by clicking here.
If you are unable to authenticate, please call the Technology Service Center at 443-518-4444 or schedule a virtual appointment to request a bypass code. The Technology Service Center is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

Step 3.
On the device management page, click the option to Add a Device.
Step 4.
On the Select an Option screen, select Windows Hello.
Step 5.
When prompted, click continue and follow the onscreen instructions to setup you Windows Hello log in.
