Step 1
Open the Duo setup page by clicking the link below:
Click here to open the Duo Setup Page
Note: You will need to have access created your HCC Login password through Password Services before setting up Duo Authentication.
Click here to setup your account password before continuing

Step 2
Enter your HCC email address and click "Next".
Step 3
Enter the password that you set in password services and click "Log in".
Step 4
Click "Next" at the Welcome to Duo Security message.
Step 5
Click "Next" at the security message that follows.
Step 6
Click "Next" at the final security message.
Step 7
A menu with different authentication options will appear. You can choose to either use the Duo Mobile push notification feature, or you can use the phone number option.
Do not use the security key option.
The Duo Mobile push notification requires you to have the Duo application installed on your device.
We recommend this option as it is quicker and easier to use.
The phone number option allows you to receive either a text message or a phone call to your phone.
