How to Access Public Folders in Outlook

Step 1.

Open Outlook on your computer.

Step 2.

Click on the "More Apps" button.

Step 3.

Click the "Folders" button.

Step 4.

Scroll down and click on "Public Folders".

Step 5.

Click on the "All Public Folders" icon and you'll see all of the public folders you have access to.
